The mainstay of the meal in many remote villages made from home grown corn. There is always a lot of camaraderie between the women as they gather to make the tortillason their comals. This is 2011 and many things are like they must have been two hundred years ago. I took this short clip last week in Lachiguiri. It was a fun time.
